• Collect, organize and analyze financial data to support decision-making. • Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports for leadership. • Assist in preparing the budget and financial forecasts, in partnership with other departments. • Monitor the company's cash flow and identify trends and risks. • Support the identification of cost-reduction opportunities and operational efficiency improvements. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records, including journal entries and reconciliations. • Participate in specific projects, providing financial analysis and support for initiative implementation. • Collaborate in the preparation of documents and information for internal and external audits. • Work closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing and Operations, supporting their financial needs.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Familiarity with financial tools and software.
- Advanced Excel skills and presentation tools.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, formulas and functions for financial analysis.
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze data, identify trends and produce data-driven recommendations.
- Communication: strong communication skills to translate financial information for different audiences.
- Organization and time management: ability to handle multiple requests while meeting deadlines accurately.
- Teamwork: active collaboration with various areas of the company.
- Adaptability: willingness to learn, grow and adapt to new challenges and processes.
- Previous experience with treasury functions.
- Experience working in accounting firms.

• Lead and manage planning and budgeting processes, coordinating with key business stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of and improving 13-week cash/liquidity forecasts. • Professionalize and adapt financial reporting for capital providers (equity and debt investors, including banks). • Support various project-based initiatives such as process improvements and automation that require financial expertise and in-depth analysis. • Work closely with major business units across roadsurfer, providing analytical and financial support for cross-functional projects. • Reevaluate and further develop existing processes to raise professionalism and operational efficiency.
