• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP for individual entities and consolidated groups • Oversee consolidation accounting, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations • Coordinate and act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, including planning, execution, and resolution of audit matters • Ensure successful completion of the 2025 consolidated audit by August • Support FP&A by providing variance analysis, financial insights, and explanations of actuals vs. budget/forecast • Prepare and review management and Board-level financial reports and presentations • Establish, document, and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, including 3 Team Leads and 6–8 Analysts • Proactively identify process improvements to achieve a 5-business-day month-end close within 6 months • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, FP&A, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial input.

• Lead project financials for assigned projects • Deliver monthly inputs for Project Reviews, Finance Reviews, and Operating Reviews • Support contract handover from Inquiry to Order (ITO), to Order to Remittance (OTR) • Produce concise, executive-ready materials for leadership and board reviews • Own forecasting for assigned projects across revenue, margin, EBIT, and cash • Drive margin and cash improvement through structured Project Margin Reviews • Provide key income statement, balance sheet and cash flow metrics for forecasts and actual results • Simplify and automate reporting by standardizing templates and leveraging ERP/BI tools

• Lead and manage planning and budgeting processes, coordinating with key business stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of and improving 13-week cash/liquidity forecasts. • Professionalize and adapt financial reporting for capital providers (equity and debt investors, including banks). • Support various project-based initiatives such as process improvements and automation that require financial expertise and in-depth analysis. • Work closely with major business units across roadsurfer, providing analytical and financial support for cross-functional projects. • Reevaluate and further develop existing processes to raise professionalism and operational efficiency.

• Manage high-volume data architecture within NetSuite to ensure revenue is captured, billed, and reported accurately. • Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end revenue generation cycle. Ensure that what is promised in Sales contracts is accurately reflected in billing and tracked properly in the data sets. • Implement a "Zero-Error" framework through regular system audits. Deliver post-billing accuracy reports that identify root causes of discrepancies and implement permanent systemic fixes. • Act as the primary internal consultant for the Customer Finance team, identifying manual "bottlenecks" and replacing them with automated workflows to drive team scalability. • Lead the integration and optimization of tools like Pendo and NetSuite to automate customer communications and billing notifications, reducing manual outreach. • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a robust "Knowledge Base" in Notion/HelpScout, ensuring all Customer Finance processes are documented for business continuity and training. • Continue developing the Customer Finance team into a high-output unit by providing dedicated coaching, identifying individual growth paths, and setting clear KPIs for performance. • Identify departmental gaps (staffing, tools, or training) and work with leadership to resolve them, ensuring the team remains agile as volume increases. • While overseeing the department, you will personally own high-complexity billing cycles to maintain a "pulse" on system performance and team requirements. • Build and maintain high-level partnerships with Sales, Legal, Customer Success (CS), and Internal Finance. Ensure finance policies are understood and followed across the customer lifecycle. • Establish a recurring cadence with Senior Leadership across departments to gather feedback on finance support and proactively communicate process changes. • Act as the final escalation point for complex customer financial issues, ensuring a "solutions-oriented" approach that balances company policy with customer retention.
