Partner Development Manager
Exclusive Networks
• Build strategic relationships within key channel partners and develop joint go-to-market initiatives. • Onboard, motivate, enable, and support partners to grow with NEXTGEN. • Develop and maintain channel partner plans for strategic partners. • Collaborate with internal NEXTGEN teams to deliver marketing and promotional campaigns. • Field partner and vendor inbound inquiries from existing clients and new prospects. • Successfully deliver the sales quota on a quarterly basis.
Job Requirements
- 5 years working in a similar sale orientated role, with a track record of successful delivery against quota and business targets.
- An understanding of the ICT channel partner community in Australia, with experience working with partners and/or vendors.
- The ability to build relationships and be engaging both face-to-face and over the phone.
- The ability to develop and deliver sales presentations including the vendor value proposition, quantifying the commercial opportunities, and articulating the competitive advantage.
- A strong customer focus with an excellent eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results.
- Excellence in time management, be organized and have demonstrable ability to prioritize and delegate workload.
- Experience building and managing partner business plans, including covering; sales and pre-sales enablement, marketing plans, business development initiatives, and senior stakeholder management.
