Overview The Project Manager, Change Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives with a strong focus on project/program management, change management strategies, stakeholder communications, and training design. This role provides strategic planning and executive facilitation, coupled with deep hands-on delivery responsibility.  This role will personally develop and implement project plans, change strategies, communication materials, and training development to drive adoption and readiness. This is a remote, 6 months+ consulting engagement working full time hours. Qualified candidates will work MST or CST time zones and must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring any Visa sponsorship. Responsibilities - Lead project management activities, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and status reporting. - Provide strategic planning related to projects and workflows, including leadership workshops, decision forums, and sponsor alignment. - Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder impact and readiness assessments. - Create, develop, and deliver communication materials, presentations, messaging, and end-user communications. - Develop training materials including decks, job aids, guides, digital and asynchronous learning. - Must have strong writing skills and understanding of audience and topic alignment. - Drive hands-on implementation of project plans, change activities, communications, and training elements, ensuring alignment with milestones and measurable adoption outcomes. - Be able to evaluate project phases and workflow and create solutions as well as influence decision making.

This role provides strategic planning and executive facilitation, coupled with deep hands-on delivery responsibility.  This role will personally develop and implement project plans, change strategies, communication materials, and training programs to drive adoption and readiness. This is a remote, long term consulting engagement working part time hours. Qualified candidates will work MST or CST time zones and must be authorized to work in the USA without requiring any Visa sponsorship. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and status reporting. - Provide strategic planning and executive facilitation, including leadership workshops, decision forums, and sponsor alignment. - Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder impact and readiness assessments. - Create, develop, and deliver communication materials, including executive presentations, messaging, and end-user communications. - Design, develop, and facilitate training materials and programs, including decks, job aids, guides, digital and asynchronous learning, live and/or virtual training sessions. - Drive hands-on implementation of project plans, change activities, communications, and training, ensuring alignment with milestones and measurable adoption outcomes.

• Simultaneously manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects through their lifecycle • Support queue management for on-hold projects • Develop and maintain project schedules for multiple concurrent implementations • Coordinate daily with clients to gather information, provide updates, and manage expectations • Support technical resources across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery • Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the project portfolio • Maintain accurate project documentation and status tracking for numerous concurrent projects • Ensure consistent project delivery standards across multiple smaller implementations

• Managing the complete life cycle of projects • Developing budgets and timelines • Coordinating cross-functional teams • Maintaining communication with stakeholders • Providing status reports to Project Managers
