Job Description

Project Manager – Self-Service Operations

Xsolla

• Design and maintain collaboration framework with partner departments (intake, SLAs, escalation paths) • Operate request tracking system — receive team needs, route to owners, monitor progress • Coordinate delivery timelines for multi-team initiatives • Run regular syncs with key contacts across departments • Identify and resolve blockers, escalate when needed • Prepare status reports for team and stakeholders • Document processes and maintain operational playbooks • Support launch coordination for cross-functional releases

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a technology company
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of establishing and improving processes
  • Fluent English
