Executive Virtual Assistant – Project Coordinator/Team Lead

• Lead and manage a remote team of Virtual Assistants • Act as primary point of contact for multiple international clients • Plan, execute, and monitor projects using tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or MS Project • Track KPIs, productivity, and workload utilization • Ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction • Identify risks and implement process improvements • Handle administrative operations (calendar management, CRM, reporting, documentation, lead generation, presentations)

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as Project Coordinator / Executive Virtual Assistant (Remote)
  • Strong client relationship & account management skills
  • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace & MS Excel (VLOOKUP preferred)
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Preferred Experience in a subscription-based or service-oriented remote company
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot), Canva, VoIP, cloud-based tools
