Amazon Connect Engineer

• Coordinate and perform release planning, development, testing, and releases on multiple agencies IVR enhancements. • Build Call flow designs and integration to backend systems using application program interfaces (API). • Manage NICE BU and provide input into solution design, and optimization for network solutions. • Provide routing design and implementation for contact center technology. • Cooperate with the Architecture team to design, develop, and deploy APIs, and consume APIs. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams when scripting issues arise. • Coordinate issue communication and resolution with multiple other tech teams in the event of a problem. • Review support tickets with agency leadership and oversee any support questions from other team members that might be working on one of those agencies’ tickets.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and building Amazon Connect contact flows with DynamoDB, Lambda, and Lex Bots.
- Proven expertise in Amazon Connect, including portal widget integration, CRM integration, chatbot development, email, and SMS solutions.
- Strong experience in call routing design (routing profiles, queues, callbacks, emergency messaging, and dynamic business hours/holiday routing).
- Skilled in building AWS Lambda-based custom logic for enhancing contact center operations.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java with AWS Lambda API integration.
- Familiarity with version control tools (GIT, GitHub, TFS).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or GoCD.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Nice to have: Experience in contact center environments (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, etc.).

Senior Mechanical Calculations Engineer

• Establish an analysis methodology according to component safety classification and the applicable regulatory framework (RCCM-Rx, Eurocodes, EN13001, EN13445, ASME, FEM ...); • Validate assumptions and results with development managers. Maintain a critical perspective regarding the assumptions made; • Build and set up finite element models (meshing, boundary conditions, contacts ...); • Perform mechanical calculations for various static and dynamic loadings (temperatures, pressures, seismic, climatic loads) using FEA or analytical calculations; • Through these calculations, support and validate design assumptions for equipment (rotating machinery, handling equipment, steel structures, pressure equipment, anchors ...); • Post-process and analyze the obtained results. If necessary, propose improvement/optimization options; • Prepare and write calculation notes/reports. You may also be required to: • Participate in drafting technical proposals and estimating the associated workload; • Take part in mechanical design activities, which may include supervising one or more designers/drafters; • Propose and analyze technical options, which may include collaborative work with external partners; • Ensure verification of models or studies during the execution phase in accordance with best practices and regulations; • Contribute to the development of the calculation office through the development of tools (VBA, Python, etc.); • Act as an advisor on the reading and interpretation of standards within a multi-disciplinary team; • Perform piping flexibility calculations or fluid calculations depending on your skills.
• Lead and participate in technical meetings • Perform sizing studies for ventilation, heating, and air-conditioning networks • Conduct required analyses (VISA) to certify conformity of execution studies • Complete document acceptance forms (FAD) • Design and carry out studies and prepare engineering/project management dossiers (Sketch, APS, APD, PRO/DCE, ...) • Review and approve ventilation/fluid technical notes during the VISA phase
• Management and coordination of client-assigned MOA and/or MOEG studies: scheduling, costs, risks… • Initiation and contracting of projects, structuring, and leading discipline-specific meetings • Preparation of project documents (PMP, project organization notes…) • Interface management • Operational reporting • Consolidation of studies and preparation of synthesis reports • Lessons learned and archiving of project files • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, adapting and anticipating their communication needs • Facilitation of meetings and preparation of minutes
