Cloud Device Management Engineer
Availity
• Design, implement, and support secure, scalable endpoint management primarily for macOS and iOS/iPadOS devices. • Lead MDM and MAM solutions via Microsoft Intune. • Integrate and optimize Jamf. • Operationalize Apple Business Manager for automated enrollment and app licensing. • Define enrollment strategies, ownership models, and policy baselines for devices. • Build and manage configuration profiles and compliance policies. • Partner with IT Support teams and Security to ensure optimal device performance. • Document processes and troubleshooting steps in knowledge bases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience in IT Infrastructure and End User Support
- Solid knowledge and understanding of cloud-based systems (Jamf, Intune, M365)
- Strong scripting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong documentation and governance mindset.

• Establish an analysis methodology according to component safety classification and the applicable regulatory framework (RCCM-Rx, Eurocodes, EN13001, EN13445, ASME, FEM ...); • Validate assumptions and results with development managers. • Lead and participate in technical meetings • Perform sizing studies for ventilation, heating, and air-conditioning networks • Conduct required analyses (VISA) to certify conformity of execution studies • Complete document acceptance forms (FAD) • Design and carry out studies and prepare engineering/project management dossiers (Sketch, APS, APD, PRO/DCE, ...) • Review and approve ventilation/fluid technical notes during the VISA phase
