• Overseeing and leading the commercial contracting activities • Coordinating execution of clinical trial contracts and trade agreement execution efforts • Engaging with transplant program administrators, hospital contracting teams, finance, and legal stakeholders • Managing a high volume of active agreements with transplant centers • Driving timely contract execution by proactively managing follow-ups, resolving comments, and removing bottlenecks • Collaborating with internal teams to align on contract terms and resolve issues • Tracking contract status, maintaining documentation, and providing visibility into pipeline and progress • Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines
• Contribute to the design and evolution of Ossium’s sales and market access strategy by piloting field engagement approaches and incorporating feedback from transplant centers and payer stakeholders • Execute regional market access plans aligned with Ossium’s launch and growth strategy • Engage with transplant center stakeholders including: • Allo-HCT physicians • Transplant coordinators • Hospital reimbursement and billing teams • Transplant program administrators • Pharmacy, finance, and contracting stakeholders • Lead onboarding the new transplant center accounts and oversee commercial contracting, serving as the primary point of contact for each center • Define and finalize field account team sizing and territory structure • Hire, train, and manage the Field Accounts team • Support education around reimbursement pathways, hospital billing considerations, and payer processes related to Ossium’s products • Partner with internal teams (Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical Ops) to resolve access challenges and escalate issues as needed • Gather field insights on payer policies, hospital reimbursement dynamics, and site-level barriers and communicate learnings back to internal stakeholders • Support preparation for payer discussions, including coverage policies, case examples, and access materials
