Product Support Manager

• Lead and develop a small team of technical support engineers. • Ensure clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers. • Act as an escalation point for complex technical and network-related issues. • Drive high standards in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. • Continuously improve support processes, documentation, and best practices. • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to address recurring issues.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in technical or network-focused customer support.
  • Proven people leadership or team lead experience.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and complex technical products.
  • Ability to stay hands-on while owning team outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
