• Design & Implementation: Architect and deploy M365 solutions (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive), integrating them with other enterprise systems in the enterprise. • Automation: Design and develop PowerShell scripts and use Power Automate for routine tasks, administration and workflow optimization at the groups and enterprise level. • Security & Governance: Design and implement best practice approaches to Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, data loss prevention (DLP), and security policies within the Microsoft ecosystem using both Microsoft technologies and 3rd parties. • Administration: Set standards and key-performance-indicators, as well as measurement methods to help staff deliver day-to-day management of services within the Enterprise architecture. • Collaboration: Design and lead sessions with enterprise stakeholders, security teams, and developers to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that improve productivity. • Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation, SOPs, deliver training to users and support staff and help lead collaboration best practices and Center of Excellence. • Collaboration: Demonstrate and lead practices that help adopt and improve effective inter-company and intra-company collaboration as well as experience managing external guests. • Modernization: Design technology solutions and plans to facilitate staff transitioning legacy systems from current-generation technologies to industry recommended solutions and best-practice usages. • Migration: Design, administer and execute O365 integration activities as a result of Merger and Acquisitions. • Innovation: Evaluate and recommend new M365 features and roadmaps for continuous improvement. • Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost effective solutions to license, secure, manage staff, applications and data within the enterprise thru resilient and cost-effective system architecture. • Data Protection: Evaluate, design and implement data protection solutions to ensure enterprise recovery from small and large events is fully functional. • Partnering with development leaders: This role will propose, evaluate, design and implement cloud environments, aligning with business needs. • Knowledge and experience: Very deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Microsoft and industry best practices for enterprise organizations. • Instincts and fundamentals: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills as well as ability to evaluate existing and new systems to identify vulnerabilities that could jeopardize security. • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and in cross-functional and inter-company teams

Role Description Aventiv Technologies offers a progressive style 12-week paid internship program designed to give students and recent graduates hands-on experience in all facets of our operations. Students will have exposure to working alongside our experienced leadership to help build our processes and keep the business running smoothly. The Quality Engineer Intern plays a key role in supporting quality assurance practices, automation testing, and software development processes. This summer internship program is June through August and 100% Remote with 10% travel required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. - Assist in implementing containerization solutions to streamline development environments. - Help develop and maintain containerized environments for Selenium hub and slave instances to facilitate parallel test execution. - Help enhance reporting processes by collecting test results and analyzing data to provide insights. - Participate in the enhancement of Appium framework by integrating new features and improving existing functionalities. - Present an overall understanding of learnings as the final capstone to senior leaders at the end of program. - Perform other duties as assigned to support the QA team. Qualifications - Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Ability to work across functional areas to achieve desired outcomes. - Proficient in analyzing and/or managing multiple streams of data. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Build and maintain automations and integrations in HubSpot and n8n based on specifications provided using Custom Code or Workflow Actions to handle logic that native nodes cannot. • Build and maintain custom UI extensions using HubSpot’s new Developer Platform. • Provide documentation on solutions you build • Assist the TPM in investigating and resolving escalated support tickets. • Provide assistance in quality assurance, testing, and debugging when requested. • Work with team members to understand and build in the eco-system • Participate in Meetings or Team Activities when required
