• Build and maintain automations and integrations in HubSpot and n8n based on specifications provided using Custom Code or Workflow Actions to handle logic that native nodes cannot. • Build and maintain custom UI extensions using HubSpot’s new Developer Platform. • Provide documentation on solutions you build • Assist the TPM in investigating and resolving escalated support tickets. • Provide assistance in quality assurance, testing, and debugging when requested. • Work with team members to understand and build in the eco-system • Participate in Meetings or Team Activities when required

• Architect and implement end-to-end automation workflows using n8n, and REST API integrations. • Business process digitalization and current IT Integration scope portfolio rationalization. • Connect external transportation and logistics platforms, carrier portals, and internal systems securely and efficiently. • Develop and optimize a document reading platform using AI/ML for advanced document processing (e.g., invoices, waybills, customs forms). • Introduce intelligent components for data validation and decision-making. • Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.

• You will report directly to the Data & Tech Lead, acting as their right hand in architecting and building key parts of an "internal operating system" that our Brand Partners and Field Teams will rely on every day. • You won't just be maintaining databases, you will be building full stack data applications and ETL pipelines connecting our SaaS tools (Salesforce, Notion, Repsly), into a unified, AI-first internal intelligence layer. • Write robust Python scripts to pull data from SaaS APIs (Salesforce, Notion, Shopify, Repsly), transform it, and push it to BigQuery or trigger actions in other tools. • Instead of static spreadsheets, you will build interactive tools (using Streamlit and Plotly) that allow our internal teams to optimize workflows and track performance dynamically. • You will build autonomous agents that perform actual work.

• Design, implement, execute, and maintain automated test suites for mobile (Android & iOS) and web applications. • Contribute to the evolution of automation frameworks following clean code, reusability, and maintainability best practices. • Automate smoke, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios, including API validations supporting UI flows. • Ensure cross-platform functional coverage across mobile and web applications. • Collaborate closely with engineers to improve testability, define stable selectors, and reduce flaky tests. • Integrate and execute automated tests within CI/CD pipelines, supporting parallel execution and reporting. • Manage test data, environments, and execution artifacts (logs, screenshots, videos, reports). • Analyze test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and clearly document and report defects. • Participate in automation code reviews and contribute to QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
