Job Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1/C2)**—strong written and verbal communication is essential.
  • 2+ years of experience** in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
  • 1+ year of client-facing experience**, managing communications and strategy.
  • Proven ability to thrive in **fast-paced startup environments** with multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading small teams or managing cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably **HubSpot**) and data-driven reporting.
  • A creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve results.
  • Fluent** Spanish**

Role Description We are looking for a Head of Broker Relations to own and scale Instnt’s broker-led distribution strategy.
