Job Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, functional documentation and process mapping.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to read and write user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN or similar.
  • Strong communication skills, critical analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Autonomy, proactivity and ease working with multidisciplinary teams.
