• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements. • Implement data models, measures, and calculated columns using DAX to enhance report functionality. • Ensure visualizations meet user requirements and provide actionable insights. • Connect Power BI to a variety of data sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, etc.) and integrate data from multiple systems. • Develop and maintain data connections, dataflows, and scheduled refreshes to keep reports up-to-date. • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring scalability and efficient data processing. • Build and maintain complex data models that meet business needs while ensuring scalability and flexibility. • Create and maintain technical documentation for Power BI solutions, data models, and best practices. • Leverage Power BI’s advanced analytics capabilities, such as predictive modeling, AI insights, and R/Python integration. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Power BI developers or business analysts.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI/reporting, with at least 3 years focused on Power BI development.
- Advanced Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query, custom visualizations).
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Azure services, particularly Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, including star schema, snowflake schema, and data warehouse design principles.
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik) and ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica) is a plus.
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and visualize them effectively.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities.

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Tech Lead to serve as the primary architect and visionary of our data platform.
