• Specify and implement solutions through custom development and configurations on the Salesforce platform.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Experience with Salesforce focused on Marketing Cloud, including development and scenario analysis;
  • Experience developing and configuring solutions based on Service Cloud functionality, following Salesforce recommended best practices;
  • Experience implementing Marketing Cloud alongside other channels, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud;
  • Development and maintenance of Apex code, including Classes, Batches, and Triggers;
  • Development and maintenance of Lightning Web Components;
  • Experience developing Flows (especially screen flows);
  • Knowledge of SOQL;
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms using REST APIs;
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) for project management using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
