• Specify and implement solutions through custom development and configurations on the Salesforce platform.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Experience with Salesforce focused on Marketing Cloud, including development and scenario analysis;
- Experience developing and configuring solutions based on Service Cloud functionality, following Salesforce recommended best practices;
- Experience implementing Marketing Cloud alongside other channels, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud;
- Development and maintenance of Apex code, including Classes, Batches, and Triggers;
- Development and maintenance of Lightning Web Components;
- Experience developing Flows (especially screen flows);
- Knowledge of SOQL;
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms using REST APIs;
- Familiarity with Agile practices and ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) for project management using Azure DevOps;
- Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
