Senior Account Manager

PODEAN

• Partner with senior client stakeholders to own and grow complex Amazon, MELI and Walmart programs, serving as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact • Lead end-to-end account strategy across Mercado Libre, Amazon and other marketplaces, with a strong focus on eCommerce growth, retail fundamentals, and performance optimization • Develop and execute long-term strategic roadmaps tied to client business goals, revenue growth, and marketplace expansion • Identify, scope, and drive new opportunities across media, retail operations, creative, and marketplace capabilities • Lead business reviews and executive-level presentations, delivering clear, data-driven insights and forward-looking recommendations • Translate marketplace data into actionable strategies, balancing performance, efficiency, and brand objectives • Oversee cross-functional delivery with internal media, creative, retail, and sales teams, ensuring timelines, quality, and accountability • Proactively monitor account health, flag risks early, and solve complex client or performance issues independently • Own all client communications, meetings, presentations, and deliverables with a high bar for clarity, accuracy, and follow-through • Mentor junior account team members and contribute to internal best practices, playbooks, and process improvements • Stay ahead of Amazon and marketplace trends, policy updates, and emerging opportunities, sharing insights internally and externally • Support onboarding of new clients and help shape scalable, repeatable account management standards • Drive innovation beyond core Amazon programs, expanding into additional marketplaces or capabilities as client maturity grows

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace-focused roles
  • Proven experience owning senior client relationships and managing complex, high-impact accounts
  • Strong understanding of Mercado Libre and Amazon advertising, retail fundamentals, and marketplace operations
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while also executing with precision and autonomy
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with strong business judgment
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members preferred
