• Jointly lead a delivery team consisting of internal business SMEs, IT personnel, client stakeholders and an external integrator’s technical professionals • Lead and support the delivery of services to clients on time, within scope, and within budget, including assigning and managing staff to create client deliverables • Navigate and document decision making processes on behalf of our clients within the project’s established governance structure • Coordinate task assignments to internal and client teams based on alignment to project plan • Communicate project and delivery status to our clients, team members, and other stakeholders, including the facilitation of client meetings • Participate in marketing and business development activities, these may include: writing blog posts, attending industry conferences and participating in industry groups, leading/participating in prospective client business development meetings, identifying and scoping additional work with existing clients, reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and developing responses to RFPs in collaboration with our proposal writing team

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Facilities Project Managers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement • Providing oversight on project planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout processes • Optimizing resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and productivity • Overseeing yearly project creation, budgeting, and scheduling of the client's Capital Plan • Examining team's project budgets and financial performance to ensure cost control • Serving as the key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management • Implementing quality control and assurance processes while conducting regular project audits • Continuously evaluating and improving project management processes and methodologies

• Own end‑to‑end execution—from scoping and task‑template creation through annotation, model‑pipeline setup, QA, and deployment hand‑off • Coordinate cross‑functional teams: engineers, annotators, data scientists, GTM leads, and client stakeholders • Build & automate workflows: create Asana projects; script Python / SQL jobs for metrics and QC checks • Track & report KPIs: timelines, throughput, quality, margin, and resource utilisation—dashboards in Looker, Power BI, or Streamlit • Drive continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks, run retros, and implement SOP updates that scale to the next project • Maintain artefacts: SOWs, RACI charts, risk registers, and knowledge‑base pages that keep the team aligned
