Sales Representative
Abbott
• Successfully present the innovative FreeStyle Libre glucose product portfolio and its associated digital ecosystem to drive targeted revenue growth • Strategically analyze assigned accounts within the territory and develop the sales strategy • Expand and retain existing customer relationships through regular customer visits and the use of multiple communication channels • Continuously monitor the market and competitors • Report via the CRM system and derive appropriate sales actions • Work closely with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop an effective regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management
Job Requirements
- University degree in business administration, natural sciences, or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally, initial field sales experience at a medical device, pharmaceutical, or FMCG company
- Analytical thinking and the ability to derive sales measures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of digital applications and processes
- Results-oriented, structured, and resilient
- Strong problem-solving skills and a competitive mindset
- Team player with a high degree of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
- Very good German and English skills
