• Serve as the technical and strategic reference for multiple squads, raising the level of discovery, prioritization and solution quality • Lead the product vision and strategy for the Rental Guarantee (Fiança Locatícia) domain, with a focus on tenant move-out (desocupação), delinquency, recovery and automation of critical processes • Orchestrate complex stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Finance, Data Science, Engineering and Executive Leadership) in a regulated, high-risk environment • Translate complex operational and legal challenges into scalable products, reducing dependence on manual work and human variability • Ensure direct impact on key metrics such as Net Loss, time to vacancy/tenant move-out, operational efficiency, cost per case and financial predictability • Act as the problem owner, connecting business strategy, contractual rules (TCG), data and technology across the entire contract lifecycle • Drive an AI-first vision, exploring automations, intelligent agents and predictive models for decision-making and execution.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Manager in complex contexts such as fintech, marketplaces, operations, risk, credit, insurance or other regulated domains
- Previous experience as a Senior PM, Staff or Principal, leading without formal authority across multiple teams and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, including defining metrics, reading dashboards and making evidence-based decisions
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Data and Operations on high-criticality products that require high reliability
- Systems thinking and comfort navigating ambiguity in scenarios with multiple variables and risks
- Clear communication and the ability to influence stakeholders with differing priorities while maintaining focus on impact and collaboration
- Maturity to balance trade-offs between risk, operational efficiency and customer experience
- Hands-on profile with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over the problem
- Experience in fintech, insurance, credit, collections, recovery or real estate
- Experience with B2B2C products or products with a strong operational component
- Experience with process automation, rules engines, complex workflows or applying AI in operations
- Interest in or knowledge of legal, contractual or regulatory matters.
