Mid-level Pricing Analyst

• Map and analyze the product and services portfolio of the tourism units, identifying synergies and opportunities for expansion; • Conduct market analyses and competitor benchmarking to identify trends; • Develop and update pricing models considering costs, demand, competition, and perceived value; • Define and review pricing policies, monetization strategies, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives; • Monitor profitability, margins, commercial KPIs, and product performance; • Prepare projections, scenarios, and analyses to support strategic decision-making; • Create pricing, portfolio, and commercial performance dashboards and executive reports; • Work in partnership with commercial, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and standardization of pricing policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
- Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis);
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, profitability, and pricing modeling;
- Experience in market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis;
- Knowledge of product portfolio management, with a focus on upsell and cross-sell;
- Basic database concepts and SQL;
- Analytical skills and ability to prepare executive reports and tell a data-driven story.
