Mid-Level Channel Analyst

• Develop and implement strategies for integrated operation across digital, physical and corporate channels; • Create action plans that ensure complementarity between channels, avoiding overlaps and commercial conflicts; • Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve touchpoints; • Support partner teams in defining campaigns, targets and multichannel guidelines; • Monitor channel performance indicators (ROI, conversion, CAC, engagement, sales and traffic); • Analyze data to identify behaviors, trends and optimization opportunities; • Prepare reports with insights and strategic recommendations; • Oversee channel operational workflows, ensuring standardization of processes and communications; • Collaborate with internal teams to align actions and ensure consistent execution; • Monitor customer experience, feedback and NPS, proposing continuous improvements; • Research market trends, benchmarks and omnichannel best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field;
- Ability to perform critical analysis and solve moderately complex problems;
- Solid knowledge of channel strategy and management;
- Strong understanding of omnichannel and the customer journey;
- Strong analytical skills with experience using performance indicators;
- Advanced Excel;
- Experience with BI tools;
- Experience with CRM systems and digital platforms;
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally;
- Knowledge of project management, benchmarking and market trends.
