Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles for U.S.-based companies
- Strong knowledge of technical positions such as Software Engineer (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack), DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer, Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Product Manager, Cybersecurity roles, and IT Support
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and clients simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and evaluate core technical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders
- Fluency in English (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
- Availability to work full-time aligned with U.S. business hours (PST overlap required)
