We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Central West - Orange and Surrounds. You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home. Your team: You’ll be joining an established and supportive group of health professionals who share a passion for helping older Australians live well. About you: - Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration - Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community - Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings - Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models - Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated computer literacy - Alignment with BaptistCare’s values and mission - Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) - Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
