Access eForms Analyst
Phreesia
• Create electronic forms based upon direction from Senior Staff • Submit completed files to Senior Staff for review • Design electronic forms with the correct interactive elements • QA assignments to ensure accuracy of verbiage • Follow best Formatter design practices • Communicate with Senior Staff regarding questions or concerns • Use templates to create form files in Formatta • Use Microsoft Word/Adobe Acrobat Pro to view client originals • Attention to detail is a must • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Appropriate experience/training may be substituted for formal education
- Intermediate level Microsoft Windows
- Intermediate level MS/Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Intermediate level knowledge of a form design application
- Ability to develop and document procedures
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Analytical skills

• Support the analysis, verification and recording of fiscal ledger data. • Verify fiscal documents such as NF-e, NFS-e and CT-e, following area guidelines. • Check basic fiscal data on received documents, including CFOP, CST and tax rates. • Assist with tax calculations and the preparation of reports on fiscal debits and credits. • Support the calculation of ISS (municipal service tax), ensuring proper classification and recording of information. • Issue, verify and control outgoing invoices for materials. • Support service invoice processes with withholding taxes, in accordance with current legislation. • Assist in entering and verifying incoming invoices related to materials and other operations. • Identify discrepancies in invoices, forward them to the responsible parties and follow up on required corrections. • Monitor and control deadlines for shipment and return invoices. • Support corrections of fiscal inconsistencies in the ERP, following internal procedures. • Assist in determining taxes and fees, analyzing tax bases, deadlines and payment methods. • Monitor updates to tax legislation and support adjustments to internal procedures. • Gather information for the preparation of fiscal and management reports. • Perform administrative routines for the area, such as organizing and filing documents and preparing reports. • Follow internal procedures and guidance from the tax coordination team, ensuring compliance and quality in processes.
