Product Manager – Growth & Monetization

• Analyze app performance, user behavior, and funnels to identify monetization and revenue growth opportunities. • Define, scope, and prioritize revenue-driving product and UX initiatives supported by clear business cases. • Ensure roadmap initiatives include forecasted revenue impact, ROI, and success criteria. • Drive improvements across trial conversion, retention, LTV, ARPU, and overall revenue efficiency. • Partially own Ads Monetization strategy across the app portfolio in collaboration with Monetization, UA, and BI teams. • Identify and prioritize ads-related product opportunities (e.g. rewarded ads, interstitials, hybrid free tiers). • Define ad placement and UX strategies that balance revenue optimization and user experience. • Evaluate ads performance metrics (e.g. ARPDAU, CPMs, fill rate) and translate insights into product initiatives. • Collaborate with external partners (e.g. Google AdMob, mediation platforms) to support region-specific monetization strategies. • Monitor competitor ad strategies and ensure insights inform internal roadmap decisions. • Establish and maintain a structured daily competitor monitoring process (pricing, onboarding, paywalls, features, ads). • Work with BI to build dashboards, alerts, and reporting for market and competitor changes. • Convert competitive insights into actionable product and monetization initiatives. • Partner closely with Product, UA, CRO, Monetization, and BI teams to align on growth priorities. • Translate opportunities into clear, data-backed briefs, hypotheses, and requirements. • Collaborate with external partners (e.g. Google, AdMob) to optimize monetization strategies by region and user segment. • Build financial models to estimate revenue impact of product, monetization, and ads initiatives. • Define success metrics and own post-launch performance analysis. • Continuously validate assumptions and adjust roadmap priorities based on results. • Partner with CRO and Product teams on structured experimentation and A/B testing plans. • Lead ideation, validation, and prioritization of experiments related to monetization and ads. • Ensure experiments are tied to measurable outcomes and business impact.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product, Growth, or Monetization roles, preferably in mobile subscription-based apps.
  • Strong understanding of growth and monetization metrics: LTV, ARPU, churn, CAC, ROAS, retention.
  • Solid knowledge of Ads Monetization fundamentals (e.g. CPM, ARPDAU, fill rate, ad formats).
  • Experience working with hybrid monetization models (subscriptions + ads).
  • Proven ability to model financial impact and forecast revenue from product initiatives.
  • Strong competitor analysis and market research skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Experience working with AdMob, mediation platforms, or ads monetization partners.
  • Familiarity with rewarded ads, ad-supported free tiers, or hybrid monetization strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with BI teams on dashboards and revenue tracking.
