• Plan, execute, and close IT projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure teams adhere to agreed-upon processes • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements • Create and maintain project documentation: project plans, risk registers, status reports, and meeting notes • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers • Manage dependencies across teams and coordinate release planning • Track project KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders • Continuously improve team processes leveraging AI tools • Participate in and manage pre-sale activities • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects
- Technical understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to read technical documentation and understand system diagrams
- Proficient user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT / Claude, GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies; practical experience running sprints
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Familiarity with the pre-sale process
- English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

• Works closely with stakeholders to drive project delivery and ensure the adoption of Sakon’s technical and functional solution(s) • Works with client and internal teams to develop documentation for a given project including business goals and objectives, project strategy, scope, requirements, and a detailed project plan; may assist in the development of use cases, test cases and training needs, as necessary, for all project assignments • Identifies, tracks and manages program level risks, activities, and issues creating client and partner score cards and project status reports • Runs regular project meetings, setting the agenda, leading the meeting and documenting/delegating action items, meeting notes, client satisfaction and timeline shifts • Manages client activities, resolves problems and communicates escalations or issues to management in a timely manner, ensuring that all communication is professional, accurate and the appropriate level of information for the intended audience priorities • Manages according to project plan and scope of work- quickly identifies scope creep and deploys measures to enforce change management procedures/controls
