• Works closely with stakeholders to drive project delivery and ensure the adoption of Sakon’s technical and functional solution(s) • Works with client and internal teams to develop documentation for a given project including business goals and objectives, project strategy, scope, requirements, and a detailed project plan; may assist in the development of use cases, test cases and training needs, as necessary, for all project assignments • Identifies, tracks and manages program level risks, activities, and issues creating client and partner score cards and project status reports • Runs regular project meetings, setting the agenda, leading the meeting and documenting/delegating action items, meeting notes, client satisfaction and timeline shifts • Manages client activities, resolves problems and communicates escalations or issues to management in a timely manner, ensuring that all communication is professional, accurate and the appropriate level of information for the intended audience priorities • Manages according to project plan and scope of work- quickly identifies scope creep and deploys measures to enforce change management procedures/controls

• Experience in the application domain and in software development; • Analytical skills and risk management, estimation, planning, and decision analysis; • Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster team spirit; • Time management and triage skills, with a track record of making sound decisions quickly under stress; • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment in personnel selection; • Be objective in defining and evaluating work, ensuring full team participation in co-creating plans; • Focus on adding value to the product so it meets business stakeholder and client expectations; • Knowledge of project management; • Familiarity with frameworks/practices: RUM, SAFe, Lean Kanban, Lean Startup, Project Model Canvas.

• Assist in planning, tracking, and executing digital technology projects using traditional and Agile approaches • Contribute to process improvement and optimization efforts • Support the creation of strategy documents and roadmaps to align with organizational goals • Support financial planning processes, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis • Contribute to the creation and distribution of reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into SBO operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and implement best practices • Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and project planning • Help prepare presentations and documentation for leadership reviews and program updates

• Preparation of technical documentation for automation and instrumentation projects. • Review and approval of documents produced by the technical team. • Act as the project's technical focal point with clients. • Provide technical support in defining solutions and engineering standardization.
