- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development
- Estimation/Budgeting: APF function point counting, SNAP counting
- PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) or SAFe Agilist (SA) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master).
