Job Requirements

  • Strong writing skills in English to create well-structured content that will match the needs of our target audiences and the requirements of the platform where it’s published.
  • Experience in working with different content types : mainly, client case studies, thought leadership articles, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Experience in conducting in-depth interviews , as our content should be based on insights from our internal experts or clients.
  • Taking responsibility for your work: delivering content in time and in accordance with our quality standards.
  • Deadlines must be respected - but there will be space for some flexibility in the first place.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills to be able to explain your editorial decisions, if necessary.
  • Experience with any kind of project management software. We use Worksection. If you haven’t used it, no problem. You’ll be fine if you know how to work on a Kanban board.
  • Using AI as a tool , not as a replacement for yourself. We don’t accept content full of AI-cliches and lacking cause and effect relationships. However, if you use AI to speed up or improve the quality of your work — you’re more than welcome to do it.
  • Nice to Have: Writing skills in Russian are a plus. Being familiar with “Инфостиль” and the ability to apply its principles in your work, in case you write in Russian.
