Job Requirements
- Mid-senior level Full Stack Developer experience

Role Description We’re looking for a visionary, hands-on Principal Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering department. This is a high-impact, key role as you will be the first US-based engineer dedicated to the Steer platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting and deploying robust, scalable, and secure applications that define the future of the auto repair industry. While our current stack includes .NET, React, and Node.js (TypeScript), specific experience with our stack is not a requirement. We prioritize high-level problem-solving and AI/LLM expertise, and we actively encourage the use of AI tools to assist with and accelerate coding across any language.
