Manager – Advisory
KPMG
• Serve as the technical lead and escalation point for Aurion HR & Payroll engagements • Lead requirements gathering, solution design and system configuration • Design and configure payroll elements including awards, allowances, leave, calendars and complex scenarios • Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure accurate, compliant system configuration • Deliver Aurion implementations and technical workstreams on time and to scope • Support engagement planning, governance, reporting and risk management • Estimate effort accurately and support commercial management • Collaborate with other KPMG teams to deliver integrated workforce solutions • Build strong client relationships and contribute technical input to proposals • Validate data and support reconciliation across payroll cycles • Manage multiple engagements while maintaining high delivery standards
Job Requirements
- Strong hands‑on Aurion HR & Payroll configuration experience
- Experience designing and supporting complex payroll environments (e.g., multi‑award or highly regulated)
- Background as a technical lead or senior specialist in consulting or enterprise payroll
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and build strong stakeholder relationships
