• You lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring they meet their targets while also remaining active and successful as an SDR yourself to stay close to prospective customers and collaborate with colleagues. • You plan and implement effective sales strategies to generate qualified leads. • You coach and mentor your team to continuously improve their sales skills and techniques. • You analyze sales figures and KPIs to identify and implement optimization opportunities. • You and your team identify potential companies and relevant contacts through cold outreach, email campaigns, social media, and event attendance. • You manage, qualify, and track leads in our CRM to make the sales process efficient and successful. • As the primary point of contact for prospective customers, you build relationships and schedule product demo appointments. • You identify customer requirements and needs, match them to our product and service portfolio, and formulate value propositions for the customer. • You work closely with the marketing team to further develop campaigns and materials for lead generation. • You collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
- B2B sales experience: You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or in a comparable role, ideally in the SaaS or software sector, preferably with complex products.
- Experience in leading and developing sales teams.
- Practical experience with various sales techniques such as cold outreach, email prospecting, and social outreach.
- Proven experience using HubSpot for lead generation and familiarity with HubSpot workflows.
- Technical affinity and an entrepreneurial mindset that make you a competent point of contact.
- High energy and initiative: you act as a driving force for our sales team.
- Comfortable using systems in CRM, sales intelligence, and marketing automation.
- Strong communication: you communicate clearly and persuasively and have excellent presentation skills.
- You are experienced working with demanding B2B customers and enjoy winning and delighting them.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Proactive working style: you think analytically and work result-oriented.
- You bring initiative, goal orientation, and motivation to succeed in a virtual environment.

The Role As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first professional point of contact with homeowners over the phone. Your job is to create the initial connection, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants in the field.
