Inbound Sales Development Representative – SDR

• Connect with interested prospects: Reach out to leads from trials, events, content downloads, and marketing campaigns via phone, email, and SMS • Qualify and prioritize leads: Understand each prospect's business needs, timeline, and decision-making process to determine their fit with Arketa • Schedule high-quality demos: Set up meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs with complete context • Become an Arketa expert: Understand our platform inside and out so you can speak confidently about how we solve real problems for fitness businesses • Keep everything organized: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, track lead progression, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead quality and provide feedback on campaign performance • Follow up strategically: Stay connected with prospects who aren't ready to move forward immediately, nurturing them until they're ready for next steps

Job Requirements

  • Customer-focused experience: Background in customer-facing or sales roles where you've helped people solve problems
  • Strong communication skills: You can explain complex ideas simply and build rapport quickly over phone, email, and video
  • Organized and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple conversations and priorities without missing important details

YOUR FUTURE ROLE As Business Processes Senior Consultant your tasks are: - Support our customers on their transformation to SAP S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise - Act as functional and technical expert for resolving issues in S/4HANA, Digital Manufacturing and other systems - Delivery of remote and onsite services together with our experts for global customers with focus on system optimization, conceptual planning as well as empowering the customers with newest best practice knowledge. - Analysis of highly complex business processes including root cause analysis and optimization in heterogenous system landscapes with focus on the logistics and production processes in SAP PP, QM, DM and PEO. - Continuous development of your functional and technical skills in S/4HANA, solutions in SAP Industry Cloud and BTP. - Being a team player, building up strong networks within SAP and working collaboratively and passionately with others (this is one of the key cornerstones for our success). - Being a team lead for service delivery teams and escalation teams. - Mentoring and training the Early Talents in our team. The Role As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first professional point of contact with homeowners over the phone. Your job is to create the initial connection, qualify interest, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants in the field.
