Circula
• Build long-term relationships with your customer base and create value in every interaction • Identify and qualify customers for upselling and cross-selling opportunities and independently conduct product demos • Identify customer issues, advise during escalations, and provide solutions to minimize churn • Work on renewing customer contracts, prepare proposals, and negotiate pricing • Track customer issues and needs and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS) • Make a key contribution to the further development of our products and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, CSM, Product, and Marketing
Job Requirements
- You have at least 2–3 years of experience in a sales-oriented role, for example as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or in Customer Success
- Strong active listening and empathy skills that enable you to consistently find the best solutions for your customers
- You enjoy helping customers from a wide range of companies and industries get the most out of Circula’s products
- You are willing to question existing processes and propose new ideas to optimize the account management process
- Communication is your passion. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2) and English.
