• ISMS consulting: Establishment, implementation and continuous improvement of information security management systems according to established standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIS-2, TISAX, BSI IT-Grundschutz) • Security analysis: Assessment of existing measures and processes, identification of vulnerabilities and derivation of optimization potential • Gap analyses & project management: Conducting maturity assessments, planning appropriate measures and supporting them through to successful certification • Risk management: Performing risk analyses and developing technical and organizational security measures • Policies & training: Creating and improving security policies, guidelines and awareness concepts • Cross-functional collaboration: Close cooperation with data protection, product development and other internal teams
Job Requirements
- Degree in IT, information security or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience in building and managing ISMS, ideally in a consulting role
- Deep understanding of relevant standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIS-2, BSI IT-Grundschutz and TISAX
- Desirable certifications include ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, CISM or CISSP
- Analytical thinking, structured approach and confident presence in client-facing situations
- Business-fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close • Work closely with your team, founders and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights • Help define and build repeatable outbound and inbound motion • Engage technical stakeholders (engineering, platform, security, compliance) with empathy and credibility • Manage pipeline with a focus on velocity, value, and clarity — no bloated forecasting • Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing, GTM strategy, and the future of our customer experience
• Act as customers technical PoC post-sales • Work on integrating the XBOW product with customer environments • Lead self-hosted product deployments, support and upgrades • Support feature prototyping • Provide Tier 2 support for customer technical issues • Be open to supporting pre-sales support roles when required • Provide feedback to product teams on what you are seeing in the Field • Help explain the technical and business value of the product to users and stakeholders • Support hand-off between pre and post sales teams • Run Expert Services engagements
