• Stabilize and optimize M365 tenant, Azure resources, and Slack workspaces. • Implement automation scripts and workflows to reduce repeatable tasks. • Establish clear documentation and add processes to the internal knowledge base. • Partner with the IT team to support enterprise client projects. • Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, Entra ID/Azure AD, security, licensing, conditional access). • Manage SharePoint Online (site collections, permissions, governance, user issues). • Administer Azure subscriptions and resources, with focus on security and cost management. • Support and manage Slack workspaces, integrations, and workflows. • Provide IT support for end-users, ensuring clear communication and excellent service. • Automate repeatable IT tasks using PowerShell or other automation tools. • Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge base.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator
- Strong expertise in M365 administration, Azure, and SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience with Slack administration (org settings, workflows, integrations).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience supporting end-user services in a remote team environment.
- Strong documentation and process management skills.
- English fluency: C1 or higher.
- Based in Argentina, with ability to work U.S. time zones PST strongly preferred, that is 5 hours difference in Argentina.
