• As a Salesforce Architect (m/f/d), you will play a key role in advancing digitalization in the energy sector and supporting utilities in elevating their business processes. • You translate customer requirements and challenges into Salesforce features and solutions. • You are responsible for process analyses on the client side as well as migration planning and documentation. • You hold technical project responsibility and lead our developers and consultants. • You are responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem (Energy & Utilities Cloud & OmniStudio, Sales, Service and Experience Cloud). • You support the development of new business relationships. • You ensure sustainable and scalable solutions and are responsible for technical customer consulting and development. • You advise and support customers in all project phases, taking into account new features and sensible implementation roadmaps.
Job Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and CRM system implementations.
- You have extensive knowledge of the Salesforce core clouds, ideally with experience in one of the following: Energy & Utilities Cloud, Media & Communications Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Healthcare & Life Sciences Cloud.
- You have enterprise-level project experience, including experience in Salesforce development.
- Several years of experience in designing and implementing global systems.
- You have conceptual skills to map customer requirements into Salesforce features and workflows.
- You are experienced with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem and hold technical Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator; ideally also Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Business Analyst).
- You possess excellent communication skills in German and English.
