IT Manager – MDM, Microsoft Intune

• Manage, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment • Develop, implement, and enforce MDM policies and security standards • Oversee device enrollment, provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management • Monitor endpoint compliance and overall security posture • Troubleshoot and resolve device, system, and access-related issues • Implement security updates, patches, and access control measures • Ensure adherence to IT best practices and compliance requirements • Maintain clear documentation of systems, policies, and procedures • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT and security initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment
  • Strong background in Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Solid knowledge of endpoint security, compliance frameworks, and device governance
  • Experience with device provisioning, policy configuration, and access control
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, security-focused mindset
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Azure AD / Entra ID (preferred)
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Endpoint Administrator Associate) (preferred)
