Fleet Account Manager
CAMP Systems International, Inc.
• Provides strategic maintenance management support and high-level customer service to CAMP fleet customers. • Ensures aircraft compliance, maintains data accuracy, and maximizes customer utilization of CAMP services. • Partners with internal teams, including field service, customer support, and account management, to coordinate service delivery and address customer needs. • Builds strong relationships with key decision-makers and aligns CAMP resources with each customer’s operational and maintenance management requirements. • Proactively resolves challenges, drives adoption of CAMP products and services, and supports customer retention and subscription revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Working knowledge of the CAMP platform and ability to quickly learn technical products, services, and solutions within the CAMP Ecosystem
- Experience with Quality or Operations at either Part 135 charters, corporate flight departments, or Part 145 maintenance repair stations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong listening and analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer feedback and develop effective solutions across multiple levels of an organization
- Ability to drive adoption of technology platforms and support behavioral change
- Ability to communicate value of technology platforms and support behavioral change internally and externally
- Experience in managed services, aviation, or aircraft management preferred
- Ability to manage customer or project expectations and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong data analysis skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 20%.

Job Description: Job Summary This position demonstrates advanced knowledge of entry writing. He/She classifies according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS), participates in government agencies clearances (PGA), Code of Regulations, and Customs regulations. Responsibilities: - Prepares customs entries and forwards freight to designated locations including interface with international and domestic carriers, overseas offices, and importers. - Prepares customs entries and follows-up with the clearance process on all entries prepared. - Communicates documentation discrepancies to client and supervisor. - Coordinates freight delivery to designated locations. - Resolves finance and accounting reconciliation exchange issues. - Scans entries into the imaging system meeting allotted and sensitive time requirements. - Prepares reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases. - Follows up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and foreign origins. - Establishes and maintains client relationships. - Requires a weekend work schedule on a department rotation basis and holiday schedule based on the needs of the operation and account requirements.
