Job Description The Harborview Injury Prevention and Research Center (HIPRC) has an outstanding opportunity for an INSIGHT Program Operations Specialist-Lead to join our team. This is a temporary, full-time position for the period 6/22/2026 – 8/07/2026. The INSIGHT Program Operations Specialist Lead is responsible for the management of the Harborview Injury Prevention & Research Center summer program for high school students. This position reports to the HIPRC Program Manager and works closely with the Training & Education Program Specialist and the INSIGHT High School Faculty Lead. The HIPRC administratively sits within the Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine in the UW School of Medicine and is a multi-disciplinary specialty center located at Harborview Medical Center Campus. This position will work remotely/online. - Instruct and supervise high school interns (70%) - Administrative duties related to INSIGHT program including oversight of other program staff members (20%) - Serve as liaison to faculty mentors working with INSIGHT program (10%). MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, social science programs, education or other related field. The main function is telephonic outreach to our members to complete medication reviews (MTM) and for Pharmacy Adherence.
