• Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate, easy-to-follow SOPs and internal documentation. • Audit and refine our knowledge base to eliminate redundancies, close content gaps, and improve accessibility. • Act as the internal knowledge point of contact, identifying recurring questions or knowledge gaps and proactively resolving them through documentation updates or process improvements. • Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes. • Continuously improve how our teams access and use internal knowledge, proposing structural or systemic enhancements.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement — ideally in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries.
- Proven ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset and an analytical approach to process design.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple documentation and improvement projects simultaneously.

Job Description The Harborview Injury Prevention and Research Center (HIPRC) has an outstanding opportunity for an INSIGHT Program Operations Specialist-Lead to join our team. This is a temporary, full-time position for the period 6/22/2026 – 8/07/2026. The INSIGHT Program Operations Specialist Lead is responsible for the management of the Harborview Injury Prevention & Research Center summer program for high school students. This position reports to the HIPRC Program Manager and works closely with the Training & Education Program Specialist and the INSIGHT High School Faculty Lead. The HIPRC administratively sits within the Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine in the UW School of Medicine and is a multi-disciplinary specialty center located at Harborview Medical Center Campus. This position will work remotely/online. - Instruct and supervise high school interns (70%) - Administrative duties related to INSIGHT program including oversight of other program staff members (20%) - Serve as liaison to faculty mentors working with INSIGHT program (10%). To be considered for this opportunity your application must demonstrate you meet both the minimum qualifications and additional qualifications listed below. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, social science programs, education or other related field. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience managing programs involving student learners, curriculum development, or educational programs. Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration. The main function is telephonic outreach to our members to complete medication reviews (MTM) and for Pharmacy Adherence.
