Account Manager, NGS & SynBio
Twist Bioscience
• Attain quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Deliver accurate and timely forecasts for their territory. • Develop and manage key relationships with new and existing customers at multiple organizational levels. • Develop contingency and risk mitigation plans for their region as necessary. • Develop and execute supply agreements to support new and existing business. • Work collaboratively with operations to minimize time to revenue. • Maintain the Twist SFDC CRM database with up-to-date information. • Represent the company at relevant trade shows. • Maintain and raise awareness of the competitive landscape, provide customer feedback, and introduce new product ideas to internal partners. • Generate a strategic country specific plan that outlines actions from key stakeholders that develops leads and opportunities. • Work with regional portfolio directors and marketing to develop a marketing plan that will drive awareness and leads to assist with revenue. • Work with channel partners to drive their activities and understand the return for the effort.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering financial targets on a quarterly and annual basis
- At least 3-5+ years of experience of selling life science reagents and solutions. Knowledge of synthetic biology and next generation sequencing products and markets preferred.
- Experience with a custom or made to order business a big plus
- Businesses to business experience preferred, in particular, selling to pharma, chemical and/or Agbio organizations.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of synthetic biology applications utilizing synthetic genes, pathways and organisms a necessity.
- A background in technical sales and support or product management is preferred.
- Application of Salesforce.com is desirable.

Summary: Push Security is seeking an Channel Account Manager (CAM), East to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast United States. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for building, managing, and scaling revenue with a defined set of top-tier cybersecurity VARs. The EPSM will work closely with both national partners (e.g., GuidePoint Security, World Wide Technology, Optiv, etc.) and leading regional partners across the East, aligning Push Security to their sales motions, technical practices, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings an established partner network, strong co-selling discipline, and the ability to operate effectively across both regional field teams and national partner organizations. Key Responsibilities: Own partner sales performance across the Eastern U.S., including the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions. Drive joint pipeline generation and revenue with a defined portfolio of partners, including major national VARs and high-performing regional firms. Build and maintain executive, sales, and technical relationships within partner organizations to position Push Security as a priority vendor. Execute partner account discovery, opportunity identification, and co-selling motions with Push Security field sales teams. Lead partner enablement efforts, including sales training, technical alignment, and ongoing field engagement. Collaborate with marketing on regional partner campaigns, events, and demand-generation initiatives. Act as the primary point of accountability for partner-sourced pipeline, deal progression, and forecast accuracy within the region. Represent Push Security at partner QBRs, regional events, and industry conferences. Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on partner needs, competitive dynamics, and regional market trends.
