Senior Associate Sales Manager

• Drive B2B sales for Dinepalace online ordering and digital marketing solutions global specifically in North America • Identify, qualify, and close new restaurant clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets • Track sales performance, pipeline management, and forecasting • Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback • Ensure timely follow-ups and Zoho CRM updates
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, food tech, or hospitality technology
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in managing B2B clients across India
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good understanding of online ordering systems and digital marketing services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Zoho CRM tools and sales reporting
- Experience working with restaurant chains or cloud kitchens
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management
- Experience with Skip the Dishes, Uber eats, Zomato or Swiggy will be preferred
