• Identify, prospect, and develop new international business opportunities within assigned territories. • Serve as the primary driver of new revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on cultivating new business. • Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs. • Meet or exceed established sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. • Support and advise GLS regional sales teams on international opportunities, acting as a subject matter expert, advocate, and strategic partner. • Manage account implementation and ongoing servicing in collaboration with the International Program Management team. • Ensure seamless handoff from sales to implementation while maintaining strong client relationships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. • Develop creative value propositions, entry strategies, and positioning that clearly differentiate GLS International. • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, industry events, and international meetings. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status within CRM systems (Salesforce).
