Dedalus
• Advising on the optimal deployment and use of our software Opus::L • Assisting our users with questions and incidents as part of support • Handling calls, emails and web tickets, including documenting actions taken • Maintaining and servicing internal server infrastructure as well as customer systems • Developing migration strategies to transform on-premises infrastructures into modern cloud architectures • Implementing and optimizing solutions for monitoring, analysis and automation of system landscapes
Job Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent qualification
- Solid experience administering Linux systems (SUSE/SLES, RHEL)
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, network services, routing, firewalls and VPN/IPsec
- Experience with and ability to design cloud architectures, ideally based on AWS
- Strong service orientation, team player with flexibility
- Excellent written and spoken German and basic English skills
- Experience with Ansible or similar IT automation tools is desirable
- Basic knowledge of information security standards, particularly ISO 27001, is an advantage
