Job Description

Sales Representative

Viatris

• Facilitate a 1st class sales experience to both GP’s and Pharmacist customers • Develop plans and consistently monitor your territory, key customer and competitor performance; • Leverage KOLs as agreed with the brand team to educate other customers; • Promote value-add services that improve the quality of care available to patients; • Develop, maintain and apply a high level of industry, business & portfolio knowledge; • Take ownership of territory issues and provide appropriate solutions; • Accurate and timely completion of all administration tasks and capturing of in-field activity within the Sales Force CRM system; • Share best practice within the team and contribute positively the team culture; • Strive to achieve or exceed KPI’s by executing in line with Sales and Marketing Strategy and Territory Business Plan.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced GP Sales Representative – 2 years minimum
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Business or Science.
  • Strong track record of sales success.
  • Experience working in the hybrid sales environment is preferred (virtual and face to face detailing); experience and education will be taken into consideration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to effectively persuade, negotiate and influence.
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
