Player Operations Specialist

• Perform early detection of fraudulent accounts using internal tools and by reviewing suspicious transactions • Conduct deep, comprehensive analysis of data to assess potential risks, concerns, and business impact • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and investigation data • Review transaction reports for suspicious activity and conduct pattern analysis • Collaborate with team members to analyze findings and present investigation results • Verify customer payment methods and assess accounts to determine if documentation is required • Review document alerts and process KYC profiles in line with company policies and best practices • Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews on high-risk customers and request additional documentation when necessary • Meet personal productivity targets and attendance expectations
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in fraud detection or risk management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and transaction monitoring systems
- Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify patterns in large datasets
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating cross-functionally
- Ability to work independently while meeting productivity targets and deadlines
