Operations Associate Intern

Weekday (YC W21)

• Make 100-120 daily outbound calls to prospective candidates to share details about open job positions. • Clearly and effectively communicate role requirements and answer candidate questions with professionalism and empathy. • Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate responses for follow-up and reporting purposes. • Develop and refine your communication skills through practical experience and ongoing training. • Learn how to professionally present opportunities and engage candidates in meaningful conversations, enhancing your interpersonal and career development skills.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly phone demeanor.
  • Ability to consistently make a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Self-driven, patient, and motivated to learn and develop new professional skills.
  • Positive attitude and resilience in handling varied responses from candidates.
