• Assist in developing and executing product development strategies that leverage company advantages • Design competitive and financially sound products based on client and field insight • Provide representation and advocacy for life product in cross-departmental project teams • Assist in the development and execution of product line sales goals, communication strategies, and product promotion plans • Provide ongoing analysis of and planning for future trends that may impact the financial results of the product line • Provide expert technical assistance/consultation to the field and home office regarding products, complex product analysis, competitive intelligence, sales illustrations and sales ideas

• Facilitate the continuous improvement of Part D risk adjustment programs with focus on new PDP provider programs and expansion of Part D (MAPD) programs. • Collaborate with risk adjustment, pharmacy, and enterprise leaders to improve existing programs. • Develop next-generation initiatives to ensure Part D risk score documentation is timely, complete, and accurate. • This will also promote appropriate follow-up care for members. • Coordinate dependencies and manage inter-related efforts across multiple teams. • Establish and maintain structures for prioritizing, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating Part D-focused programs, pilots, and projects. • Support member and provider engagement with consideration to organizational goals.

• Help grow and implement the company's data use and risk mitigation strategies. • Deliver transparency around the principles of data use and sharing. • Work on problems of diverse scope and complexity with high visibility. • Drive enterprise-wide strategy for responsible data use and risk mitigation. • Ensure data and AI-enabled systems are used securely, ethically, and in compliance. • Lead the development, implementation, and oversight of policies and governance frameworks. • Partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and compliance to safeguard information assets.

• Design and deliver training that strengthens risk adjustment knowledge, elevates coding accuracy, and drives quality across the organization. • Collaborate with operations and leadership to identify learning needs and create impactful educational programs. • Support employees from onboarding through ongoing development, ensuring they have the tools to succeed. • Partner with external vendors to ensure compliance standards are met. • Develop, maintain, and communicate coding guidelines that align with CMS regulations. • Responsible for department wide risk adjustment quality assurance.
