Job Description

Program Delivery Lead – Part D Risk Adjustment

Humana

• Facilitate the continuous improvement of Part D risk adjustment programs with focus on new PDP provider programs and expansion of Part D (MAPD) programs. • Collaborate with risk adjustment, pharmacy, and enterprise leaders to improve existing programs. • Develop next-generation initiatives to ensure Part D risk score documentation is timely, complete, and accurate. • This will also promote appropriate follow-up care for members. • Coordinate dependencies and manage inter-related efforts across multiple teams. • Establish and maintain structures for prioritizing, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating Part D-focused programs, pilots, and projects. • Support member and provider engagement with consideration to organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 or more years of project management, program management or operations experience
  • 2+ years of project leadership experience
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage programs
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • History of communication across all organizational levels
  • Past performance showing strong initiative and independent drive towards achieving objectives
  • Experience creating impactful presentations and reports
