Digital Learning Designer

Saga

• Join a new product team to accelerate user engagement on the Saga platform through digital learning experiences • Build learning modules from vision to content, owning the complete journey from concept to shipped experience • Collaborate with our design engineer for visual execution while you own the conceptual and pedagogical logic • Build the structural “learning journeys” that help busy lawyers move from initial discovery to AI mastery • Write and structure clear, engaging content that translates complex AI and legal concepts into digestible learning moments • Prototyping in-product guidance and learning flows in collaboration with product designers and engineers • Iterating based on usage data and user feedback to strengthen engagement • Moving fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Job Requirements

  • Experience creating digital learning content from vision to delivery, interactive modules, onboarding flows, and in-product guidance
  • You come from a digital product company or a consultancy that specializes in learning modules
  • You’ve designed and shipped digital learning experiences that professionals rely on
  • A product background working embedded with designers, engineers, and product managers
  • Hands-on content creation skills, you write, structure and produce engaging learning content yourself
  • A teaching mindset and understanding of how to apply learning principles to digital, self-serve experiences
  • Track record of measurably improving product engagement, feature adoption, or user success through learning design
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus

Title: Senior Transmission Line Designer 1 - Grid Location: Phoenix United States Job ID: 2026-22091 Full time Description This position allows for a hybrid / flexible work schedule with a mix of work spent on site at the Sargent & Lundy office. - This position will offer you the the opportunity to work in a project team environment with engineers and other Electrical and Structural designers and/or engineers in the development of transmission/distribution line drawings/designs. - You will have the opportunity to apply your computer-aided drafting/design skills, while receiving hands-on training in 3D design software environments, such as AutoCAD 3D and/or MicroStation. - Some of your responsibilities will include the development of transmission line plans and profile drawings, transmission/distribution line hardware details, material lists, and grounding details. - You will be involved in creating master sketches to scale showing relation of proposed installations to existing facilities and exact specifications and dimensions. In preparing your drawings, you will confer directly with engineering staff in interpreting input from a variety of sources, such as engineering specifications, weight and volume calculations, and stress factors. - You may accompany and assist other project team members on walkdowns at client facilities to gather information for your design project. - While interfacing with vendors and construction contractors, you may be given the opportunity to explain your drawings so appropriate design adjustments can be made. Qualifications We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position. Essential skills and experience: - An Associate’s Degree in drafting, or a high school diploma and 1 or more years drafting course work or equivalent technical experience. - Must be proficient in AutoCAD. - 10 or more years of experience in design/drafting of Transmission Lines. - Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of technical plans, drawings, and models. - Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including the ability to relate various equipment to a technical design. - Ability to visualize parts in 3D without the aid of the computer. - Ability to multi-task from project to project. - Strong communication skills (verbal and written). - Attention to detail. Valued but not required skills and experience: - Experience using Microstation, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or GIS software.
